One escalator in the whole place??!!
The group at 'Magic Mike The Musical’ was hands down the best there is, and the set was amazing. However, my complaint is the lack of crowd control in the main concourse facilities. There was only ONE escalator!! I waited with my 12 and 7 year old daughters in a line for 45 minutes to use the escalator to get to our level. The line was very long, and there was no staff helping manage the line and crowd traffic. My daughters were scared and at one point started to cry because the crowd would push and any opening in the line became a lane for the crowd to make its way through. I will never go to any event again at So Fi. I felt unsafe and scared for my children due to the lack of crowd control and workers at the stadium. I decided to leave the concert early because I did not want to deal with the huge crowd at the end of the set. My daughters missed the last few songs, including Permission to Dance and Universe, and cried because we had to leave. I paid a lot of money on tickets to a show I was not able to see in its entirety. No complaints with the group at all.
